What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us when you email us or ask for a scoping call, such as your name, email address, organisation, role and the details of what you want assessed. We use it to reply to you, scope and quote the work and manage any engagement.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operation.
Patient and health information
Please do not send patient records or personal health information to us through this website or in an enquiry. We design our assessments to avoid accessing patient records wherever possible. If an engagement needs access to systems that hold sensitive information, we agree the controls and authorisation in writing first.
How we use and share information
We use enquiry information only to respond to you and deliver our services. We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us operate our business, under appropriate confidentiality arrangements, or where the law requires.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
